This came after Nigeria Beat The Pirates of Seychelles by three goals to nill (3-0) at the  10,000 capacity Stade Linité at Victoria, Seychelles.The super eagles was two goals up in the first half and was then awarded a penalty which Odion Ighalo coolly converted to make it three nil. with this result,the super eagle is still in 3rd position but also 1 point behind south Africa and Libya who played out to a goalless draw earlier.
