Governor Akeredolu Sings For Wole Soyinka, Others and Performs For Them (Video)

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, thrilled Noble Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka and other dignitaries at an event held at the International Events and Cultural Centre (The Dome), Akure to mark the 85th birthday of Prof. Soyinka.

Prof. Soyinka, who was in Akure for the Second International Conference of the Fagunwa Study Group, was hosted by the state Governor to a birthday celebration.

To the admiration of the the guest at the event, Governor Akeredolu took over the band stand from Hi-life legend, Jimi Solanke, to thrill the Nobel Laureate, Prof. Soyinka, with his Hi-life singing skills.

Akeredolu, who led the band stand, was seen in the video showing everyone what he does at his leisure hours.

Earlier, Prof. Wole Soyinka, who was personally driven and conducted round some projects in Akure, the state capital, by Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu, hailed the Governor over the giant infrastructural strides of his administration in the state.
